On 2022, Mr. Nobiul joined ACI Godrej Agrovet Private limited, a leading organization of Animal feed industry in Bangladesh. ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd. was established as a Joint-venture company formed by Godrej Agrovet Ltd. a reputed company belonging to Godrej Group of India and ACI Limited, Dhaka, a highly respected corporate of Bangladesh in 2004.

To establish a people focus organization by ensuring continuous learning and business focus culture, Mr. Nobiul has Joined ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Ltd. as Head of HR and Administration.

Worked in Bayer (AG) from 2015 to 2022, to transform HR into a true strategic business partner in the aftermath of an end-to-end organization restructuring. He strongly contributed towards Bayer vision by establishing sustainable HR infrastructure, systems, processes, and practices. He was also leading the HR transformation programs for Bayer Bangladesh and Commercial Operation of India East. As an international assignee he has ensured quick digital transformation of HR practices and employee learning.

Joined on 2012 as Senior HR Leader in Square Group, directing HR team of two different business operations in staffing, recruitment, benefits, executive compensation, training, leadership development, succession planning, HRIS, and regulatory compliance, Factory and office Administration.

Mr. Nobiul commenced his career as HR Specialist from Robi Axiata Limited (Former AKTEL), a leading telecommunication company of Bangladesh. He joined Robi to executive learning and development program on 2007 after completing his Graduation. He worked in different HR functions to create, implement, and manage improved HR services, and programs to support the workforce during the restructuring, rebranding and revamping effort.
